BlueGold Farm Organic Flour

BlueGold Farm flours are gluten free, grain free and organic. They are 100% natural and have no fillers. Flours can be mixed with other flours and are a nutritional substitute for wheat flour. Flours can be used for bread, muffins, pancakes, dumplings, etc.

Banana: Banana flour is lighter than standard wheat flours and requires about 25% less volume, making it a good replacement for white and whole-wheat flour.

Breadfruit: An excellent source of fiber and a good source of vitamin C, iron, and potassium. Breadfruit contains pro-vitamin A carotenoids, thiamin, riboflavin and niacin. Breadfruit is gluten free.

Sweet Potato: Made from fresh sweet potatoes. It is naturally gluten-free, grain-free, paleo friendly and vegan. Sweet potato flour is a good source of fiber, nut free and soy free. It is rich with vitamins and minerals and adds a natural sweetness to any recipe.
